You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. ff14 will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.
- Do not share your login details with anyone.
- Use a strong and unique password for your ff14 account.
- Log out of your account when you are done using a shared device.
- Keep your contact information up to date for verification purposes.
Ff14 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. This verification process may require supporting documents such as a copy of your identification card.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the ff14 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of local payment methods including online banking, digital wallets such as Touch 'n Go and Boost, and other methods listed in the deposit section of your account.
Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes. However, ff14 is not liable for any delays caused by third parties, banking systems, or technical disruptions beyond our control.
The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any outstanding credit balances or unclaimed bonuses may be forfeited. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact customer support.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law
